The partners worked together SINCE 1997 at a senior and executive
management level in the same Group Human Resources team, before
establishing their Partnership. Their last employer was a large
international fruit exporting company comprising of logistical,
procurement and marketing subsidiaries/divisions in South Africa and
abroad.
Isabella Steyn has 25 years of experience, gained throughout all
levels of management, in managing all aspects of Human Resources in large
production, marketing and logistical companies within the pharmaceutical,
armaments and fruit exporting industries in
Gauteng
and the Western Cape.
Marna Schilz (Albertyn) gained her 15 years of Remuneration and
General Human Resources experience in the Sheriff’s office and the fruit
exporting industry in Pretoria and the Western Cape. Whilst at the fruit
exporting company, Marna oversaw the implementation and management of 10
(ten) payrolls and associated employment benefits within the group and
carried the full fiduciary duty for all the payrolls. Marna also served as
an Independent Principal Officer for a large Provident Fund of 700 members
with an asset value of over a R130 million.
